Laura+John

Ever wonder how long it takes to detail a tractor? Ok, me either, but I was still shocked to find out it takes 3 days! Laura and John sent me their itinerary and it read that there would be a "get away" tractor, but somehow I was still amazed when I saw them pull away.

I remember having coffee with Laura last winter and during our meeting she told me about some advice she was given. She was told that when looking for a photographer there are two important things to be consider. One, you need to love their photography. Two, you need to be confident that you're personalities suit each other and you're going to get along with them on one of the most important days of your life. Good advice I think.

Laura has to go down as the most relaxed brides I've dealt with to date. That's saying a lot because my clients have been really great in the past. I really shouldn't single out Laura too much though, because there wasn't a high strung person in the bunch. Maybe farmers just know how to have more fun?!

Andrea+Colin

On the road again, this time up to Ottawa for Andrea and Colin's wedding at the Canadian War Museum. It was an amazing and busy day with two ceremonies, wardrobe changes, a 9 piece band, and a chip wagon to top off the night. Definitely one of my favourite venues and weddings this year.
